The Elephant Garlic Festival occurs the second weekend in August each year. Food vendors supply delicious dinners, snacks, drinks and desserts featuring Elephant Garlic; the town of North Plains puts on a parade; crafters display and sell their work; and many of the Northwest's best musicians make this event a fun-filled weekend.
