north plains library logo Our North Plains Library has been offering a series of talks on culinary literacy.  This popular series has covered growing herbs, understanding spices, and holiday cooking to date.  We are pleased to offer a presentation by author, Dr. Miles Hassell on nutritional literacy as it pertains to health.    He is the co-author of “Good Food, Great Medicine,” a guide for using diet and lifestyle for optimal health.
